We’re looking for a Python Developer who loves turning ideas into scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you’ll work on designing APIs, optimizing databases, and building reliable back-end systems.

Core Technical Skills

• Python Programming
• Good knowledge of Python for automation and AI workflows
• Familiarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building automation tools.
• AI & NLP (Natural Language Processing
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, Rasa, LLaMA, etc.).
• Text generation, summarization, and rewriting for blog & post creation. Familiarity with AI image/video generation tools.
• Sentiment analysis, keyword extraction, and topic modeling.
• Experience with Selenium or any automation tool
• Social media API integrations (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).
• Task scheduling with Celery / Cron / Airflow.
• Content Generation
• AI-based content creation using Generative AI (ChatGPT, GPT, LLaMA, Bard, etc.
• Image/video generation tools: Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, DALL·E.
• Data Handling & Analytics
• Web scraping and data extraction (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy).
• Analyzing engagement data (likes, shares, comments) with pandas, NumPy, matplotlib.
• Experience with A/B testing for posts.
• Databases & Storage

Experience with databases (Vector Data base SQL/NoSQL) and task schedulers (Celery, Airflow, Cron).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable back-end applications using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to support business workflows.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Implement unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure application reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git/GitHub).
• Stay updated with the latest Python libraries, tools, and development practices to bring innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Python automation, AI, or related roles.
